Baked Flounder Almondine

- 4 fresh flounder fillets from Eat Local Fish®
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Place the flounder fillets on a well greased, shallow baking dish.
- Mix the butter, almonds, and lemon juice. Baste fillets with the mixture.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
